Notes: The torre di Campolato or rocca di Campolato, or, locally, "torre del Pedaggio" and "torre saracena", is an ancient fortification of Arce, on the border between the Papal State and the Kingdom of Naples, near an ancient ford on the river Liri, in the locality or Sant'Eleuterio Campostefano, formerly Campolato, Campo Lauterio or Lauterium. The building is in good condition, subject of a recent renovation, but no longer habitable.
